Four Seasons Place

We looked for a large room to accomodate 2 Adults and one teenage Child. We booked a suite and were told same has been upgraded to a better suite. This accomodation is good enough for 4 to 5 people . It had two good size rooms, Drawing room, Kitchen and a small balcony. Every thing perfact. The accomodation is walking distance to a very good market, which in turn takes you to the walking street. Right at the entrance of Hotel, We have a two wheeler rental service, which obviously is quite comfortable both to rent and to return the automobile. The breakfast made by courteous chef is also quite nice even for vegitarians like us. Overall it was a very nice experience. They , however could have provided us with more drinking water though

Good place to stay. Place is old. But rooms are very big and spacious. The staffs are friendly . They have free car drop to any place you want to go. So you end up paying only for cmg back from shopping. The only hotels with large rooms. Breakfast is included in package.

I am writing this review after staying there several times and the reason why I choose this hotel is because of their staffs Staffs are really good and helpful though the hotel has started showing its age Food is ok Free drop service within reasonable distance withing Pattaya (Suzuki Ertiga) Big shout and thanks to Pui, GOGO, Tono, Pong, Arun and all other staffs(difficult to recall all the names) Will find a lot of Indians as well

I travelled with two of my sisters and kids , as we were awake all night and we were supposed to reach at 9:30 am thus had requested for a early check-in . The manager at reception was really unfriendly as he dint bother that we have kids with us or we were awake the whole night he said we can give you a room subject to extra 2000 thb for half day. I told him people in hotels considering the room is available do allot the room early out of courtesy . He was indifferent. Here i mean to say yes hotels have there policy but sometimes humanity is what should come first. Been to many countries but this was a first for me . Highly disappointed, wont recommend nor will i come back here. We had wait at the lobby , get freshen up in the common washroom as we had to leave at 11 am for our city tour.

Staff at reception have a big attitude problem and they misbehave with guests also. Will never stay in this hotel again even they office free stay. Food is very bad, Air-conditioning not work properly.

Location was good and bad. If you like the nightlife and are in Pattaya to party, this place is great - close to all the bars but far enough away to be out of the street madness. If you’re not there to party, then you might have an issue with bar noise until 4:30-5 am. To minimize that, make sure you get a pool-view or south-side room. That will help keep you sleeping all night

Alright Hotel for our stay. Booked because it had 8.1 stars and some nice reviews. We had a suite which was very large. Bed was ok nothing great and living area was the same. We did experience some squeaky noise above our bedroom area all day and all night. I suspect it was from the elevator or something. On the plus side the service at the hotel is amazing. They give free local rides and if it’s outside the local area there is a cost of 200 baht. Thai Massage in the room was also very relaxing and cheap as well.

Was very good price per sq ft of room. Minor issues but overall very satisfied with the location and place itself.

The suite was fabulous. The hotel was clean and very nice. We had good service although most employees do not speak English, but still managed to get the answers we were seeking. Very nice and professional.
