Good hotel good location and good experience, nice staff and service. big room.

In general a fine hotel, but does not deserve a four stars.

GOOD ROOM

Noisy room to start but changed no problem . Water stopped whilst taking shower on departure

Stayed for 4 nights, had to tell reception 3 times in evening, that room never been made up, or even changed towels, no hot water from shower for 2 days, furniture as the hotel is very dated, only parking for 5 cars. Bell boy was very good and helpful, front desk had an answer for everything, but never the answer you require. So overall, won't use again

Good value hotel. Big room, comfortable bed and kitchen area. Pool area well shaded. So good place to read. Easy relaxed atmosphere. Free welcome drink voucher and they offer free shuttle to beach. 7-11 close by. Negatives. A little dated, 3rd Rd busy so hard to cross, 5 minutes from bar area. Some noise from 3rd Rd traffic and bars. Overall liked hotel would use again.

The property is in a great location and the staff was awsome!

Nice Hotel and well priced, however away from the walking street and taxies now charge a minimum of 200 baht even to go down the street. The hotel offers a one way car service to walking street. Pool was nicely located in the centre of the hotel for shade or sun at differenct times of the day. Breakfast was simply but good.

This was listed as a featured hotel so you already know your onto a deal regarding price. The room size and lay out for the price of just under 1,600 Baht a night was better than expected. With full size fridge freezer and kitchenette you could either stay in or cook, or make use of the in-house restaurant which also very good. The staff are both welcoming, friendly and helpful. Central outside pool is a bit small but not heavily in use, so more than enough space for you to pick your spot during the early afternoon. By only criticism is no blackout curtains as stated so gets a bit bright in the mornings. Also a more detailed general check before bookings is required as: - The freezer was completely blocked with ice. - A curtain pole was coming away from the wall - The door security chain had been pulled out of the wall. All points were reported but never rectified even after 8 days. Also a bar on 3rd Road close by plays loud music until 2 am, so if your room is location in the front right corner facing the hotel this may be heard. There is a convenient mopped taxi stop on the corner so if a visit to walking street is your thing, will only cost you 60 Baht. Otherwise the bars of Soi Buakhao are only a 5-10 minute walk away, with good local food available at the market
