Muri Beach Club

Muri Beach Club is perfectly situated in order to enjoy the beach and the Muri area including a few nice restaurants, the evening market, the lagoon is right on your beach with kayak, SUP, and snorkel equipment provided free for our use. You don't need to take a pricey lagoon tour to enjoy it. They offered a $25 pp airport transfer, but we used taxis for lower price. The manager's party is a great way to get some ideas for things to do during the stay. It was not a pushy sales presentation, and there were nice appetizers and drinks. WiFi is not included, but not expensive to purchase or if you buy cocktails, they will give you a voucher for some WiFi. The cocktails were inconsistent. Many of the bartenders seem to make up ingredients as they go, so it is hard to know if you will get something you like. Also for a luxury priced accommodation, it was disappointing not to have safe drinking water provided other than bottles available for purchase. We did take advantage of booking an hour in the shower room in the evening after we checked out at 10 am as we had a midnight flight. This was a really nice perk. Overall, I would recommend.

Great location, clean facilities, can use the lounge and facilities even after checking out. Pool is nice size. Restaurant has great options. You can eat up in the lounge area while lounging on the sofas or watching the lagoon. Staff is friendly and accomodating. We really enjoyed our time here. Parking on site free of charge. Really sorry we haven’t tried the spa as closed on Saturdays. They can book trips and tours for you so very convenient. Again great location in front of the lagoon and only 400m from Muri Night Market so you can walk around. Free use of kayak, snorkeling gear and paddle boarding.

We actually didnt want to leave the resort at Muri Beach Club it really is spectular in every aspect the staff seemed really happy and our experience was fantastic Thank You Muri Beach Club

Loved the locatioxn. The staff were welcoming .friendly happy and accomodating. Our shower was the only thing we were disappointed with. It looks like it needed a new shower head

Location was great , it’s I nice place to stay , friendly staff but there was a wedding on on the Saturday and the restaurant was closed to guests so we had to go elsewhere and as it was my husbands birthday we were planning to have a nice dinner in the restaurant so I thought that was a bit unfair , they did offer roon service be it was to nice a evening to be stuck in our room. If you’re planning on staying here I’d check there are no weddings first

Staff was excellent resort was well kept. few issues Charges for wifi controls for tv and air conditioner seemed to be more complicated then it needed to be , Promblems with water you had to boil it before u could use it . Entertainment for Polynesian night was great .

The property was in a great location, very private, very clean and great friendly staff. The only problem we had was a leaking air condition into the room. The staff was onto this quickly but took the maintenance person 3 goes to get it right. Other wise all good.

Muri Beach Club Hotel gave us an awesome experience, as an adult family of 4. The property was really nicely laid out and extremely well maintained. The staff, all around, seem to enjoy and take pride in what they do, and have an incredible service ethic. Although they refer to it as a "continental breakfast", it is much broader in terms of range and is great value! The dinner menu is a tad pricey but its a choice you make as there are awesome alternatives like the Muri Night Market and Charlie's (the best fish sandwich on the planet). Its approx 20mins to the Avarua town centre/Airport (5 more mins) and really close to Titikaveka beach which offers the best snorkeling on the island IMO. MBCH (Muri Beaach Club Hotel) is located on the Muri lagoon (couldn't ask for better) and you have access to free kayaks, SUPs and snorkel gear (fins & masks), BUT make sure to pack your reef shoes which will come handy everywhere. Getting back to MBCH, the only way that we would return to Rarotonga would be, if we were guaranteed of accommodation at MBCH! They do really care about your experience.

lovely place, great beach location, drinks a little expensive. Staff all lovely. A few little things with the room such as newer light fittings (chrome hade gone due to sea air). Aslo mini bar rates too high - same exact drinks and food in the reception shop for half the price! would recomend to people who have not been befor - Muri is great - we will be back but now we know our way around a smaller bungalow/private rental would be our thing.

Rowena from the morning breakfast crew was amazing. You need to work on the breakfast menu, and include more hot dishes. Room service was perfect, view, location and service was amazing. Great friendly staff, from your arrival to when you leave.
