Lovely hotel. Staff are really lovely and friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent, would definitely return. Massage at spa was good. Only downside was stair/landing light coming in through front. Needs screen or blind.

So close to Muri night markets and other food places. Love the snorkelling and being to go over to the other islands. Great location.

Room right on the beach, great swimming pool. Television non function, film stick offered was full of very B movies. Food very average and breakfast downright mean. Great room, very clean and comfortable bed. Beach loungers great as was the pool furniture.

Hotel had great staff and amenities, and was in ideal location in Muri lagoon - on the best section of Muri beach, 10min from Muri night markets, and 5min from Te Vara Nui village.

Front desk staff was not helpful and seemed passive aggressive. We happened to be there during a torrential downpour where the water from the taps (shower, sink, toilet) turned dirty brown. When we asked, the manager said it was definitely not drinkable. But we had to ask, there was no communication about this proactively. Was pretty disappointed about how they handled this situation. We know they had no control over the weather, but they could have been more proactive to address this issue with the guests. Staff at restaurant were GREAT! Friendly, remembered us, looked after us. Our room was an absolute beachfront room (2nd floor) but was definitely NOT worth the expensive upgrade. The lagoon is nice but the property is right at the edge of a park where many folks come and set up right in front of the property. Expected since the beaches are public property, but should be known if you are expecting any privacy. Also, when the cruise ship was in port, there were masses of people that came to the beach and took over the lounge chairs for the hotel. The hotel staff did not monitor this situation and my wife and I had to find another place to go because there were no lounge chairs. Multiple people with cruise ship towels and bags sat right in front of hotel staff (and our rooms) on the loungers and chairs supposedly set aside for paying guests. Would expect better customer service. Stayed on Aitutaki for the same amount and was blown away at the difference!

Staff were pleasant in the dining areas. Cleaners did a great job in rooms. The food was not that great. The breakfast buffet was quite basic for a hotel at this price. We travel regularly and would expect better quality. We ate at a hotel next door as it was a great deal better for same prices.
