Grand Hotel

Good location all the staffs are friendly and very helpfull.i personally recommend this hotel is one of the best in Cochin

Hotel location was very good but I am not happy with their service and room

We arrived at 1:30 a.m. and someone was there to receive us, no problem. We had an enjoyable stay there.

Overall experience was very good.Restaurant was very good and buffet breakfast tasty and varied appealing to most nationalities I would have thought.

This is a very good hotel located right in the heart of the city (Ernakulam), within short distance of tourist spots like Fort Cochin, Marine Drive, etc. and commercial spots like markets, malls, etc. The rooms are spacious and clean though the building itself seems to have seen quite a bit of wear and tear! The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the major USP of this hotel is its restaurant - the food (especially sea food) is just awesome. Don't miss it!!

It is a nice place to stay. Food is great. However i feel they are not in sync with the present times. I stayed at the Abad Plaza a couple of days before my stay at the Grand and i felt the Abad Plaza offers more value for money. The rooms at the Grand are good no doubt . But all modern facilites which the present generation hotels offer are not available. The Grand charges for usage of internet which is quite abnormal. The complimentary breakfast is pretty ordinary. The spread is basic I also feel the staff are not courteous. Will definitely opt for Abad Plaza next time i visit.

We had a great time in the Grand Hotel.

It was such a wonderful way to end our travels in India. The room with clean, both beds were super comfy. Quaint decor. The only downside was that the restaurant was sub-par. Ordered the seafood platter and they didn't have tiger prawns. The king prawns were about the size of little shrimps!

The hotel was undergoing renovation...it has an old world charm...great location & food.
