This was our second stay at this hotel. Deciding factor for us was the restaurant.

The Grand is a good hotel..scoring high on location and service. The overall feel of the property is average. Facilities at the hotel is average at best. To me it is trying like a few hotels in cochin..a deliberate attempt to sell the old world charm..although not very successful in presenting the same. Having said that, value for money, service from staff and its location being right in the centre of the city is where this hotel scored high as far as I was concerned.

Good location n really good restaurant.....other things not worth the price....

great restaurant on property. lights go out often so take a flashlight and do not stay in room 111, which is right next to a hall phone that rings often and a noisy exhaust fan outside, but rooms are huge, clean and loads of hot water. They are putting in new wifi. but u have to buy a card for the old system'

Service was slow. Service at the hotel restaurant was very slow.

Centrally located hotel. Executive rooms are big and spacious.Wooden furniture needs some polishing.Restaurant and bar good F&B and service.

The food in the resturant is excellent but the staff has got attuide problems.Rooms looks old ,need renovations.Buffet breaffast same food for the 5 day stay
