"Best Hotel for a family vacation"

Excellent service by the entire hotel staffs. Especially Mr Prabath and Mr Marimuthu with their best friendly hospitality service rendered to my family. The food service was excellent and room service was very helpful.

I really liked the stay as it’s in the prime location for shopping and access to transport services with great amenities, amazing breakfast buffet and cleanliness. Staffs in the reception like arpit, soumita and manimozhi also assisted well. But I’d prefer having a spa in the hotel.

Excellent stay with top notch facilities and service thanks to Soumita, Anil and co. Enjoyed the breakfast which has a good spread. Minor inconvenience with the plug points in the room but still manageable. Overall, a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting chennai!

"The Residency, The place to stay in Chennai !"

we stayed in the Residency from the 13th till the 15th of December 2025. we had a very pleasant stay. All the staff from the concierge to the front office to the security were very friendly and more than willing to help. Rooms were very clean and overall atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.
