"Great experience at the Residency."

The Residency lived up to the expectations. The Chin Chin restaurant is highly recommended -great food and attentive dining service. Arpit, Manimozhi, Anil from the front desk were very welcoming, helped with our early check-in and processed our seamless checkout. Ramamurthy at the concierge was superb in being so friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is so strategic with all the best eateries and shopping destinations within walking distance.

Joseph was excellent friendly and also mathavan's warm welcome and smile made ur tired day extra more special.. And also not forgetting Suresh Kanna just served us very well with a room change after I told him my discomfort unlikely the other managers and also followed up with me..his service was just too excellent 👍 👍👍👍👍

"Lovely stay"

Ramkumar, Sathiya, Joseph were a great team. Joseph was especially accommodating, helping us weigh our luggage at 4am. Hotel is nice and clean. They even gave us breakfast for our early morning flight. Lovely stay.

"Excellent Service Team"

I am very pleased with the service we received from duty manager Mr. Satya, Arpit, and Bell boy Joseph. They were very courteous, polite and very helpful. Their help made our stay a memorable experience and checkout a breeze.
