Customer Service was great. The room I reserved was on the second floor. They don't have an elevator so she moved us to a room on ground level. I can't walk up steps.

The bed was too high off the floor. I guess I need to start packing a step stool. I'm not short. I'm a 5"6". woman.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Had to change rooms when ac broke during the night. Floors in the room felt dirty. Room key got stuck in the slot when trying to unlock the door, was able to get it out on our own but never had that happen before. Room smelled a little of mildew. Entrance doors were not working making it awkward trying to get into the building.

Front door was broken, no elevator and my stool was broken. Overall my stay was not very comfortable.

"Stay about once a month working on my property always ask for downstairs no elevator and I'm old"

"Would have been much better if there was cell service."

The staff was very friendly and I met some nice people who were also staying there. Right across the street from Wal-Mart and many restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast was good.

Had to force the front doors open and closed since automatic opener did not work. There was absolutely no cell signal (AT&T) inside the building and very little outside. Carpet in the room had a large tear. The inside of the building had a musty smell.
