Staff were exceptional. Food and beverage team were excellent and proactive with my gluten allergy and on several occasions, saved me from a very unpleasant reaction by triple checking everything I ordered. There was even a separate gluten free section of the breakfast buffet with different options each day, not just the same, boring items like other hotels. Special mention to Eka on the front desk who was so welcoming and friendly and took genuine interest in not only myself, but all guests he interacted with. Staff all remembered me, my coffee order and even the table I liked to sit at for breakfast each day. I’ll never stay anywhere else on the island.
