Pullman Bali Legian Beach

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the amazing staff at Pullman Bali Legian Beach 🤍 During our stay, they treated us like family every single day. After my friend had an accident on Seminyak Street, we were very scared and didn’t know what to do. I called the hotel and the staff immediately stepped in to help us, spoke to the taxi driver, and made sure we got to the hospital safely. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Febry came from the hotel and stayed with us for over 3 hours, making sure my friend was okay and that we were receiving the best care possible. They never left us alone during such a difficult moment. Every single day after that, they kept checking on us, asking if we needed anything and making sure we were okay. A very special thank you to Mr. Febry and the beautiful Citra at reception for all your kindness, care, and support. You truly made us feel safe and cared for. This hotel and every staff member here are beyond amazing. Day after day, they continue to amaze me with their genuine kindness, beautiful service, and the way they truly care for their guests. I will forever appreciate everything you’ve done for us. Highly recommended 🤍

We spent 5 nights at Pullman Legian and had a wonderful stay. The staff are friendly and attentive and made the time we spent here very memorable. We had an issue when we checked in with the Accor Best Price Guarantee policy, but Herbert (Operations Manager) promptly rectified the issue once he was aware of the problem. Would also like to thank Fito for chasing up Accor and keeping us updated on the situation. Breakfast at the Pullman is a feast. Best breakfast buffet that we have ever had. Special mention to Bella who looked after us. She is an asset to your business. She is warm and welcoming and has such a friendly aura about her. Her juice recommendation were spot on too. Staff extremely friendly and happy. Excellent location with very clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic kids pool, entertainment and grounds for playing.

Breakfast was a little basic for western options. Lots of Indian options. Infinity Pool was green.

Stayed at the Pullman in April with a few family members and friends to celebrate my birthday in Bali. I have been to Bali many times, many times over the past 30 years and I must say our stay at the Pullman has been the best. Great location, great facilities and wonderful staff throughout. One highlight for me was the staff at breakfast. I would like to especially acknowledge Seni , Ayu and Intan for looking after us Thank you 🙏
