First time in Bali, I had an absolutely fantastic time, the staff food and services were outstanding. Booked in for the 4 day spa package, WOW is an understatement Astit, Yanik and Widi (thank you) plus all the staff were awesome. Please make sure you at least experience this if you are staying here, they also take in walk ins, just book. Walking to shops and eateries is easy, markets are close by. Perfect location AAAAAAAAAAAAAA+

The staff and amenities were great and had lots to do throughout the day. The staff were always happy and quick to do anything that was needed

The rooms had a bit of the smell to them which was uncomfortable

He kindly upgraded our room 4 levels higher, and the service was truly exceptional from start to finish. The room was spacious, comfortable, and made our vacation even more enjoyable. The food was also great! Overall, such a wonderful stay and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bali ☺️ Truly 11 ⭐️ for the service!

Great spot awesome infinity pool with the best bar and pool staff in Bali !!!! Beni is the king 👑 of songs (very handsome) Esa Parisudha Darmawan Eka Putra Erwin ( looks after the pool area perfectly) The staff at this hotel are simply outstanding and have made our stay !!!!!!

I enjoyed every moment of my 5 night stay. Customer service was tremendous. Especially Mr Shantanu at the restaurant and Mr Fito at the reception. These people had gone out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. We are definitely coming back here.

We have just had 8 nights at the Pullman Legian Beach hotel. Absolutely fabulous again. The staff throughout the hotel are always so helpful. Some of the restaurant staff, Haity, Astiti, Lina, Ayu, Wila, Seni, Sari, Cahya and Bella. Fantastic hospitality and service. Thank you so much. Not all the staff by name, just the ones we saw most days. We had a deluxe garden view room and the layout was great. We look forward to coming back again soon.
