It’s my second time in this hotel, the location is beautiful and im having a lovely time. The room is clean and comfortable. The food is also very tasty. The animator Lucy is also very good. Everybody is so nice 😊

Opiek bardzo ładny, dużo miejsca w pokoju. Duży wybór jedzenia, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo miła obsługa oraz super animatorzy, którzy cały dzień jak i noc dbają o to aby goście się nie nudzili. Dużo atrakcji takich jak Ping pong, tenis, bilard, siatkówka, rzutki w ciągu dnia itd. Naprawdę nie da się nudzisz, chodź jeśli ktoś chce to też można. Na plaży można się wyciszyć, poleżeć na hamaku czy iść na drugi basen przy którym jest również bar i restauracja z menu. Największym atutem tego hotelu są naprawdę cudowni ludzie, którzy starają się w każdy możliwy sposób pomóc, nawet pomimo barier językowych. Wszyscy są życzliwi, zawsze uśmiechnięci i pytają czy wszystko w porządku. Jedzenie jest możliwe praktycznie o każdej godzinie, nie da się tu umierać z głodu.

Miałam problemy z ciepłą wodą w pokoju, drzwi balkonowe były nie szczelne i było słychać wiatr. Czystość pokoju średnia.

The hospitality was truly unexpected and incredibly kind. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Mahmoud Mahgoub (a special thank you to him) were so welcoming. The pool bar was run by Mr. Baha, and the restaurant was managed by Mr. Mubarak. All these wonderful people made our stay so easy and enjoyable.

Really we enjoyed our stay in this hotel A big thanks to Mr Mahmoud Mahgoub the room manager for his support & dedication along with Mohamed in reception for easy & fast room delivery . Thanks to our hero in the restaurant Mubarak who was very dedicated to make us happy & enjoying our meals, he is customer centric & put the customers at his heart ❤️. Thanks to Ahmed Mokhtar in the pool bar, the guy with every moment smile & speedy service even under high pressure . I recommend this place in Marsa Alam . The food is delicious . Snorkeling is good . Rooms are good & clean .

The aqua park is with extra charge for booking customers . The waiters in the pool bars are fighting with each others in front of the customers
