JAZ Grand Marsa

We had a pleasant stay at the Grand Jaz Hotel in Marsa Alam. The resort nice, clean, well‑kept, and offers easy access to a beautiful reef. The staff were kind and polite and the food had enough variety for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

L'hotel est super, le seul bémol : Beaucoup de possibilités en "extra" pour un All-inclusive par ex: 4€ le verre de jus d'orange frais plutot que le jus hypersucré des machines; ou si on demande une grande crêpe plutot que 4 petites ca devient un extra... alors on s'en passe, mais bon... Une navette est disponible entre les différents hôtels du groupe Jaz de la baie, sauf dans celui-ci: pareil c'est dommage c'est un petit service très appréciable pour profiter de l'intérieur de la baie. Aussi le soir pour profiter du souk de l'ensemble Jaz on est obligé de faire un détour car le passage inter-hotel ferme avant 20h: plus fatiguant pour les enfants.

Posizione agevole, aeroporto.vicinissimo. barriera corallina stupenda, é il punto di forza. Io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Esperienza super. Cibo normale

We had a fantastic stay. The resort offers the perfect blend of relaxation and hospitality. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the high quality of service, everything met our expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, making the experience truly memorable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a stunning view that was the highlight of every morning. The atmosphere of the resort is serene, and the attention to detail in the amenities provided made for a very seamless and luxurious stay. The team here is professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Many thanks to Oksana (GR) for being so helpful, Mr. Ayman for his warm welcome, also the restaurant managers & the all the staff especially Mr. A. Ibrahim for his usual care. It was an oustanding experience that we would like to take it again.

La disposizione delle stanze è in modo circolare a cipolla intorno alle piscine tanto verde mantenuto bene io alloggiavo nella struttura 55 stanza 5501 posizione perfetta, camera grande con terrazza sul giardino, 50 mt dalla piscina principale ed al centro tra mare e ristorante principale, il riposino pomeridiano non è disturbato dalla musica della piscina, la sera molto silenziosa e tranquilla, camera pulita bene, una cosa gentile molto gradita mia moglie a compiuto gli anni durante il soggiorno, la sera al nostro ritorno in camera abbiamo trovato una tortina offerta dalla direzione. Tutte le sere intrattenimento musicale e spettacoli mare bellissimo e pesci da vedere vicino alla riva nel rif adiacente servizio sulla spiaggia eccellente lettini comodi sia in spiaggia che in piscina. Abbiamo avuto un problema che il direttore a gestito benissimo, l’assistente oxsana gentile e disponibile risolve le varie problematiche in modo eccellente,

Il cibo in confronto ad altre strutture che ho visitato non è un gran che ma questo è solo un mio giudizio personale i ristoranti a tema propongono piatti simili, nulla di speciale è inutile spendere i soldi, usufruite della cena a tema inclusa nel pacchetto, senza andare oltre.

Repeated stay at the hotel and again an unforgettable experience. Especially worth highlighting is the professional staff who take care of your maximum comfort. Everyone deserves a big thank you and, since I spend most of the day on the beach, a special thank you to the guys from the beach bar.
