I had a wonderful stay at JAZ Grand Marsa. The resort offers a calm and relaxing environment The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were always welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home. The beach was beautiful with clear water, and I enjoyed every moment there. The food was delicious with good variety.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well maintained, offering beautiful views of either the sea or the pools. Housekeeping service was consistent and highly detailed throughout the stay. The food quality was impressive, with a wide variety of international and local dishes served daily. Overall, the resort delivers a high standard of luxury and comfort suitable for a premium holiday experience.

I recently came back from a short 4-day vacation in Marsa Alam and once again I had a wonderful experience. The resort is always a guarantee in terms of quality, comfort, and organization. The sea and the sunshine were absolutely amazing – truly the highlight of the trip and exactly what I was looking for. A special mention goes to all the staff, who are consistently kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ayman Adel and Ms. Oksana for their kindness, support, and dedication, which made my stay even more pleasant. The food could be improved, but overall it didn’t affect the great experience I had. I would definitely recommend this resort and I look forward to coming back again!

The dining experience at Jaz Grand Marsa deserves special mention. Every meal offered a wide selection of dishes, from local cuisine to international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Even after several days, we never felt bored with the food choices. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional.

Cleanliness is one of the most noticeable strengths of the resort. Rooms, pools, gardens, and common areas are all maintained to a high standard. Housekeeping is efficient and consistent, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment every day. The overall maintenance reflects strong management and attention to detail.

Honest review on return from a week at the Jaz Grand Marsa without the pressure to submit a Google review in the presence of staff who then take pictures as proof you have given a good review to show management! I have stayed in many 5 star All Inclusive resorts around the world and this one fell short of the 5 star rating in every aspect. This hotel whilst in a good location and on beautifully kept gardens, is very tired and in need of refurbishment. Pathways are crumbling away, cracks in the walls and worn out equipment. My room on first glance looked clean but on further inspection and over time, it is clear the only cleaning being done is a quick mop of the floors and change of sheets. The thick dirt and dust is corners, under furniture and on table services made me feel queasy. White socks turned orange with a simple walk from one end of the room to the other. There were 3 guests in my room and whilst the sofa bed had bed pulled out and a made up with a sheet and blanket, the small pillow had be stollen from another bed rather than get the additional required. The room also only had 2 towels, 2 beach towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs etc. The housekeeper initially seemed attentive, making a point of introducing himself, however it became apparent he was tip fishing, knocking on the door multiple times a day/evening asking if we needed more water, coffee or toilet paper and this was AFTER he made up the room! One time he knocked and asked if we could change some tips he had received in coins to Euro notes, leaving us feeling constantly disturbed. Day time entertainment program is poor and had the least guest uptake I have ever seen at a hotel. Starts at 10 with 3 - 5 "entertainers" dancing in front of the pool often looking embarrassed or disinterested, to the hotel anthem. The day then involves the team members walking around the pool every half hour unenthusiasticly shouting an activity name/time every 20 feet, such as "Stretching, 10:30", "Water polo, 11" with no engagement with guests. Night time entertainment I can't comment on because I gave up waiting each night out of boredom. Kids show which we didn't want to attend but is next to the restaurant and lobby bar, is the same 5 songs 7 days a week, starts at 20:15 and usually lasts 25 minutes. The adult/main show then doesn't start until 9:45 so an hour of sitting and waiting whilst you're hassled for a reviews or money for a tombola etc.. Food was good although very repetitive with normally just 1 new unique dish a night. Staff were nice and polite but sometimes you would not get a drink until you'd almost finished your meal and drinks were more often than not watered down and warm. The pools are the saving feature of the hotel, well maintained and cleaned, with pool staff monitoring safety and supporting with umbrellas and sun loungers. However the constant circulation of "sales men", asking if you want a massage, scuba diving, quad biking or photos became so tiresome and the only way to avoid was to pretend to be asleep or go for a drink when you saw them heading your way. I would rate the hotel 3 star at the most and would certainly not return and after my experience being pressured to review in person, I seriously question the validity of the other reviews. You will note they are often posted 10 - 20 mins a part, the length of time staff stay with you trying to convince you

This resort offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. The entertainment team made sure every day was exciting, while the peaceful surroundings allowed for relaxation. The food variety was impressive, and the service was great.
