"Needs improvement "

Check - in very confused. Rooms stunk of cigarettes, beds weren't as per request. Parking situation is bad. Room a bit too basic.

"Awful Hotel"

Hotel was not clean! In fact, I believe I caught a virus there. Towels look like the year one. One per person for your face and body. Check in took a very long time, although it was only for 3 rooms. The dining room was not cleaned well at all. The DR manager was extremely nasty. The food was not good. I would never stay there again!

Great location, property is kind of rundown. Not enough parking. I got a parking ticket. Also breakfast was till 11 o’clock and they started taking stuff off the shelves at 11:20 AM. I invited my daughter for breakfast and she came just before 11 and we barely were able to get food. They were in a rush to clear everything up by 11:20 am. Very disappointing.

A Memorable Stay at Enjoy Dead Sea Hotel -Formerly Daniel My recent stay at the Enjoy Dead Sea Hotel - Formerly Daniel was absolutely wonderful! Maxim at the front desk provided exceptional service and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was stunning, with spacious rooms and a breathtaking view of the Dead Sea. The facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. As a guest from the USA, I felt well-cared for and can’t wait to come back next year. "Exceptional"

This was great value as the food was great, staff was excellent and rooms were fine. The Dead Sea is easily accesible and the pool is lovely. Most importantly, it was extremely kid friendly. Only drawback was the gym which is in total disrepair.
