Stunning views of the Dead Sea and sunrise over the Jordanian mountain ridge. The heated salt pool in the spa was pure heaven! Comfortable room, friendly staff, located right by the beach area. Wonderful

Great fast and easy

Poorly maintained, reeked of mildew, leaks in ceiling, our floors were greasy, our electricity and thermostat didn’t work, short staffed

It was a bad experience. I received a dirty room with a strong chemical smell. Hotel management resolved the issue for the second night only, they could not offer me another room for the first night. Spa space was crowded and dirty. The food was good . By US standards it would be 2 star max

Stay away at all costs the staff are nasty unwelcoming every employee has a bad attitudes and clearly hates their job. Dirty and dates facilities and rooms are horrible and dirty! This hotel needs to be demolished!

My ratings tell the story. The hotel needs a lot of upgrading. The buffet was very mediocre especially for the price we had to pay for lunch.

Smelled terrible. Waste of money.

Reception staff must work on their kindness. The hotel really gives you the feeling they are trying to save money over their guests.

room was outdated, pipes burst outside and hit car, parking was tight and horrible, check in took too long with staff confused.
