Enjoy Dead Sea Hotel -Formerly Daniel

The was nothing unique!! Do not go to the hotel it’s a terrible place!!!

Hotel is modern and pleasant, amenities are as stated. Checkin clerk did not give us correct room until it was shown, after which we were provided the club room we booked. This included use of the club lounge but no staff member could advise the location. We had to find it ourselves. The staff also do not know how to use an international credit card to run transactions. Dinner food was standard, but cleanliness was less adhered to: no sanitisation stations or table sanitisation. Breakfast food was substandard, no cleanliness adhered to. Guests and staff touch food with hands, no servers.

The hotel was super great but the service from the reception with a person called Maxim was very bad.

The hotel is old and the room is far from clean! The parking is upon open space only, be cerfull you can get a fine! The hotel is to crowded, the facilities are very old. There is far better hotels in this price range.

I ordered the Deluxe room, but in bathroom I found empty bottles from shampoo and shower gel from previous guests. But I didn't found a small towels and coffee cups in the room at all. When we went to sleep, we discovered, that we can't switch off the lights in the room. It was a kind of power failure. At the end they just disconnected the lamps for the night. I asked NOT to come tomorrow morning for fixing it, but they came! At the end we got some kind of compensation (1.5 hour of room extension and lanch voucher), but it happened after discussing with three level of managers. It is waisting time and nervous. Overall the hotel is ok, my impression was badly affected by room. The meals are ok, I would say good, but not excellent. Also, was a problem with water drainage in showers of indoor pools. There is a problem with parking: not enough place for everyone. I liked the SPA in a hotel! So my overall impression is neutral. I expected more from 5 stars hotel, especially when you are guest in Deluxe room. Would I go there once again, I don't know.

Not good at all!! Air conditioner very week so it was very hot at the hotel and in the elevator. The pool isn't clean and the water was hot The food wasn't fresh and not enough.

Location is very nice
