"שירות לא משהו"

שירות לא משהו בכלל, החדר הגיע באיחור ולא כפי ההתחייבות שלהם בשעה 15:00 היינו עם ילד קטן, כששאלנו בקבלה לסיבה שלא מקבלים את החדר בשעה שבה המלון התחייב הפקידה התייחסה בצורה מזלזלת ונוראית. חדרים נקיים יחסית ואיכות הרהיטים טובה אך בבריכה יש המון זבל על הרציפה והבריכה של הילידים הקטנים אנשים מעשנים וגרעינים על הרציפה. חוויה לא נחמדה כלל כנראה שלא נחזור לשם.

The hotel is not clean, the elevator smells so bad all day long, the room was not clean when we received it. Plus some of the staff are not nice and do not know how to talk to clients , also you can not find a free parking spot and you have to pay for the parking off site. The lobby area was catastrophe with many people making parties and tables were dirty no one to clean, many kids playing and jumping on tables and no one talked to them, no place to sit in the lobby. The bar is closed so you can't hang out there even at night ! Food is not tasty at all ! I won't be back there

We spent mostly in the Spa which is absolutely amazing. The gym is also nicely equipped. Breakfast and dinner were very good, we enjoyed the food very much but there were no drinks offered. The pool was crowded and the area wasn't really clean. The room was very nice, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would surely come back and recommend others to stay there.

It was just fine, nothing fancy. It is not well maintained. Also, they don’t really follow the guidelines for COVID 19. Food also was not great. Had expired yogurt on breakfast! And when I complained to kitchen manager he was rude. They sell it as a hotel with private beach but that is not true, you will need to cross the street and walk to get to beach to find that it is a public beach
