"Exceptional"

Excellent in everyday, even flexibility to check out. Only comment was it was booked by mistake and I was forced to be charged and my close friend stayed there instead of me with his wife cause it was none refundable. In all, very very very good hotel and best in Mamaia.

"Excellent "

The hotel is excellent, attention to detail was given to the amenities. The staff were attentive and polite. The room was sparkling clean. If you decide to go for the hamman please note is not the proper hamman, you will be paying just to use the steam room, sauna and the jacuzzi facilities.

"Good"

Heat was on at 28 degrees Celsius in the room, room felt like a sauna. When I called the front desk, they said that there is nothing that can be done... with the temp outside being 12, I’m sure that the heat could be turned down, but what do I know?

the hotel is a little bit tired.Bads not very confortable,cover floor in need to be changed.Very good breakfast and nice sea view

"Good hotel and location"

The location and facilities great and the rooms really nice. Some staff are however not so friendly. I would stay here again, but a bit closer to the main strip (closer to Constanta) would also be great.

"My stay "

I would give this hotel 5 star in everything, I would give it 1 star in flexibility, I couldn’t have a paid check out and rather than give me a room for 3-4 hours they charged me a full night room for the highest rate. I love everything about the hotel, the check out system even if full should be flexible
