Staff was mean. Shuttle never arrived. They even mention if you cant wait more than 1 hr for the shuttle take an uber. We booked a 2 bed room and we got 1 bed room. Girl was doing facetime while check in. Staff was 0 professional and rude.

The Element is a great place to stay. This was a return visit and we will always book here when we are in the area. Rooms are awesome! and breakfast is awesome! (be sure and tip if you can). Looking forward to next time.

Friendly staff. I loved the breakfast and airport shuttle! I stayed at the beginning and end of a business trip. Few places to eat within a 1-2 minute walk. Was convenient

The staff at the front desk! They were kind, professional and helpful. I Really appreciated that. My room was great! Cool stylish and clean. Bed was perfect. I slept soundly
