We stayed at the PLAY Eilat Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the experience was simply perfect. The location of the hotel is excellent, the food was delicious and varied, and the entire reception staff was courteous, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay. I would like to especially mention Abdullah and Mohammed, who gave us service above and beyond and took care of everything with care and a smile, which made our experience even more special. In addition, there was also a lovely representative at the reception, whose name I unfortunately forgot, but she also deserves a kind word for her warm attitude and great service. In addition, we were granted a late check-out on Saturday, which was very helpful and enhanced the end of our vacation. Thank you very much for the amazing hospitality, we will definitely be back again!
