היה לנו אירוח מעולה , פקיד הקבלה מוחמד היה אדיב ונעים מאוד , הוא אפילו פרגן לנו בשדרוג לסוויטה שהתפנתה ועמדה לרשותו! ארוחת הערב מוגשת במלון ממול והאוכל היה מצויין וטעים! הייתה שהייה נעימה וטובה!

נהנינו מאוד מהשהות שלנו במלון והחוויה כולה הייתה מצוינת מההתחלה ועד הסוף. המלון עצמו נקי מאוד, מטופח ונעים, החדרים מסודרים ומשרים תחושת נוחות ורוגע. מעבר לרמה הגבוהה של המקום, מה שבאמת עשה את ההבדל עבורנו היה היחס של הצוות — כולם אדיבים, מחייכים, שירותיים ותמיד מוכנים לעזור בכל דבר קטן. במהלך השהות הייתה לנו תקלה קטנה עם הטלוויזיה בחדר, והצוות טיפל בנושא במהירות, במקצועיות וביחס נהדר, כך שהרגשנו שבאמת חשוב להם שנהיה מרוצים ונרגיש בנוח. במיוחד נרצה להודות למוחמד מהקבלה, שקיבל אותנו בחיוך, היה סבלני, נעים ואכפתי, ונתן שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד לאורך כל ההתנהלות מולו. אין ספק שמדובר במלון שמעניק חוויית אירוח איכותית עם שירות מצוין ואווירה נעימה. בהחלט ממליצים בחום

שירות היה מעולה חוויה הייתה 10 הצוות שם היה ממש ממש ממש אדיב ונחמד

אני לא יודע על איזה מתקנים אז בשביל זה לא הבנתי אם אתה מתכוון לבריכה פשוט לא ירדנו אבל אני ראיתי אותך בחוץ היא הייתה סבבה
