I booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. The Aircon in main bedroom didn’t work the whole time we were there! The unit was very hot & uncomfortable. I informed the staff on site multiple times, and was told on 3 separate occasions a technician would be attending our unit. The Technician never turned up, nothing at all was done to fix it. We did notice a portable stand up fan in the main bedroom wardrobe, which made it very clear to us, that the broken Aircon was a ‘pre existing’ problem!! Very disappointing as I booked multiple months earlier and it was nearly $6000 for 6 nights. We won’t be back.
