"Apartment is filthy and air conditioning is broken"

The location is excellent. Right in front of the beach, with markets and good restaurants.

The apartment is filthy. The floor was extremely dirty. I spent half a day of my stay cleaning the apartment. When I took off my shoes, my feet were black due to the deplorable state of dirt. Furthermore, upon arrival, I was assigned the larger parking space due to the number of guests, but when I arrived, it was occupied. I reported the problem at reception and it wasn't resolved. I had to park one car in a smaller space, and another car was left on the street. Finally, the air conditioning in the master bedroom is broken, and no solution has been offered despite my reporting the problem at reception.

Location is the best.

Rooms were a bit dirty. Nobody had cleaned or dusted behind the bedside cabinets or under the bed. No bed headboards. Furniture was dated for a 'superior' refurbished apartment.
