People kept parking in our spot. Apartment was dirty. Windowsill had a nice little coffee circle on it. Smoke butts in the grout of the bricks, had an annoying dog barking through the night on the first three days. Apartment is very dated. Shower would not drain properly. Showerhead leaking. Fans did not work properly. I could go on and on.

Great facilities for families. The Deck cafe was amazing.

Dated bathrooms and decor. The couch cushions in apartment 65 look like they’ve been there since 1996.

As a family of five this was a great holiday! Kids ranged from tween to high tee and they all loved it. Family u Room was very spacious, the pools were great, the staff always helpful, the grounds clean and tidy, and the food at the restaurant was great. Also ideal cooking facilities in the apartment, which helped being right next door to Woolworths. The location isn’t as pretty as hoped but it will be better when the tram is up and running. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location isn’t as pretty as hoped (it’s no Burleigh) but it’s not too far a walk or bus ride from Broadbeach and Burleigh, easy to get to Currumbin - all by bus, plus cafes/restaurants are all walking distance. Location will be better when the tram is up and running too. The facilities definitely made up for the location.

Perfect for young families. Facilities are great and perfect location with a good range of activities.

Bed was too small for myself and my husband. Would have been nice to have more than 1 air con unit.
