Turtle Beach Resort

Resort is great lived up to our expectations, so great for kids. Apartment was super comfortable.

Carry our bags up all the stairs to our apartment.

The pools were fun and it was close to shops, beaches and activities. Lots of fun activities at the resort and kids will be entertained for hours and sleep well at night.

So many stairs! if you have any issue with walking or going up and down stairs while carrying your own bags up those stairs and through multiple doors then you may have issues. No trolleys, no assistance to get belongings to your room and with young kids and arthritis in my knee it was very difficult.

I like the breakfast pack was very useful and the kids club my children really enjoyed it

The deck had some really good food, rooms were clean and organized when we got there.

It had a bath but didn't come with a plug for it. Bunk beds weren't comfy.

Great location, fantastic setup for kids, loved the variety of pool areas, really nice food at The Deck. We would happily rebook and return! Loved our family time at Turtle Beach

Pity not to see options for recycling when we were tidying unit to leave, felt bad putting all cardboard, plastic etc into the rubbish skip. Would be great if this were offered.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Bed was abit soft but other than that was perfect
