you need to take stairs, the lights in our rooms initially didn't work, they only provided tissues/ soap (complimentary) on the first day and they're not cleaning the room, even if you're staying for few days.

great location, lots of activities and pools for kids, safe space for them also

Spa where the small slide is, was not working, very disappointed, especially on our second day there a staff member informed us it would be fixed that afternoon, but was not, an expected date for resolution on the sign would have been good

The location and facilities for kids were great

The rooms are tired and outdated, they don't provide enough things like dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc when you are staying for over a week and expected to do your own cleaning.
