Turtle Beach Resort

Very close to beach, felt safe in resort. Close to everything. Pools are exceptional, definitely feels like a luxury resort. Good car parking facility and close to bus stop.

It’s amazing

Check in is at 3. By the time all that was done and we had to park on the street, it was past 4. That leaves the kids with very little time to enjoy the water park. Wake up and check out by 10. Again, too cold do anything. Waste of money

The family room was excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and washer and dryer in the room Like a mini apartment!

It had some wear and tear but super clean

Our apartment was awesome and the whole property with the swimming pools and the splash zone for the kids was just what we needed on our way home to new Zealand from the UK We also really loved the beach being only a block away,we went there everyday Plus there was a local Woolworths shop only a 5 minute walk away Highly recommend we can't wait for the next time we stay there

We loved everything

We loved the heated pools and the hot tubs.. the splash zone and the cocktails. It was a perfect getaway. The rooms were comfortable. There was a washing machine and dryer to do my laundry while there. There's a Woolworths metro really close by for all your essentials. Plenty of bbqs located around. The deck is a outdoor style restaurant inside the hotel, serves some great foods, cocktails, ice cream and slushies. You can walk to the beach but we unfortunately arrived when they were all closed. 😂 There's an adult's only pool and hot tub if you're kid free too. But I think it's definitely geared towards family. The staff are all friendly and wonderful and you just feel like you could stay forever.. it's like a home away from home with extra bonuses.

There are a lot of stairs. So if you struggle with stairs just keep that in mind.

It had everything we needed. Kids loved it. Cafe was reasonably priced.

The fact it’s close to most things you want to do is great. It has a full kitchen and laundry which is great. The restaurant food is amazing, absolutely delicious. Staff are just as great.

We stayed 6 years ago and it was fantastic. Our visit this time was terrible. The pools were dirty of leaves, the adults only pool hot tub was warm 1 night, cold the next, then really warm. No lighting in the adults area and hot tub on some nights. The building outside area has gone down and needs a lot of maintenance. Our fan was rusted and metal flaked off. My husband could not fit on the shower the shower head is so low. The beds were absolutely TERRIBLE. I had not slept due to the springs in the bed poking me. We left our room 2 nights early because we so uncomfortable.
