Bistro was excellent and beautiful settings however gardens need tidying up - lots of foliage falling from trees. Pool, spas, sauna and waterpark were great but not for smaller children as parents could not accompany them on slides. One of the spas did not work for 3 days

Dirty cleaning cloths left in unit and shower in the bath wasn’t ideal and no offer of clean towels for a weeks stay. Needed to head indoors at about 7pm every night as playing games and cards upset the permanent residents - I thought this was a holiday resort.

The whole experience, clean room, amazing pools and lots to offer for kids.

Not being able to stay longer

Sometimes hard to navigate, signage could be better. TV was not connected to sport channels.

When we checked in the young receptionist gave us a map and told us how to get to our apartment (223). It took us nearly 20 minutes to find the apartment, very few sign posts, up stairs, down stairs, around in circles, enter the building, exit the building. It was so confusing. When we explored later that day we found there was an easy route from apartment to reception that took about 5 minutes. The receptionist definitely needs more training.

I had taken my daughter and my 3 young grandchildren on holiday and when we walked into the apartment (223), my daughter and I were so disappointed. It was filthy and old. So many things didn’t work properly, the curtains were filthy and hanging off the rods, the bedside lamp was in the middle of the twin beds but the power socket was on the opposite wall so the lamp was unusable. The wardrobe tracks were filthy. The kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans were almost nonexistent. The air conditioning unit had no front panel, it looked like it had broken off, so we couldn’t alter the air flow. I could go on but it’s making me angry thinking about it again! This apartment should be closed down until it has been cleaned/repaired/brought up to standard. The pools were cold from 7th April - 16th April. Most of them were quite deep so my youngest granddaughter had to go in with her mum all the time (she’s 4). The food at the Deck was ok, the host and servers working there were excellent. The property itself was very lush with plenty of greenery and shade. The guests were mostly families, multi-generational with kids of all ages. They all seemed very friendly and we met some lovely people. We had no problem with noise after about 10pm.

My 4 year old thought the main water park was awesome, however I also think it's due for a revamp. The pools seemed relatively clean and well mantained. We liked that there was a variety of different water slides across each pool so you had a few options especially if you wanted to avoid crowds. Staff were super nice and seemed on top of bookings.

The room was not very well maintained. Our bathroom had a red hair dye stain on the counter and there were several signs of aging, like cracks in walls and foundations and broken towel racks. The linens on the beds were comfy and well-laundered, but the mattress's springs were so hard I found it difficult to sleep.

The pool and mini golf were good.

The main bedroom light did not work. It needs to be fixed now. One hairdryer was broken it needs to be replaced. Both sets of curtain did not fully cover the windows in main room. They need to be replaced. Had pool lights at night and sun in the morning, not good enough for price.
