The breakfast is not appealing. The superior rooms are not meant for more than 2 people if you want air conditioner for all guests. As the hall doesn’t have AC. The access to the beach is horrible.

If you are ordering for food separately- lunch/ dinner, it can be pretty expensive.

The location is good. Beach is extremely close to the hotel

This is our 3rd time stay at this property. Since the location is so beautiful and we personally like candolim so we choose this property for stay. But the rooms are not upto the expectations. They should renovate the rooms. The room in which we were staying was one floor upstairs. There was no hot water at our room. Also the pressure of water for the shower was minus. Also there was a typical unpleasant smell in the room and bathroom. The toilet was little stained. They also called up gor the maintainance person to check the hot water and pressure problem but he was also unable to resolve and said when person in the room downstairs if using the shower, the room upstairs doesn't get enough water pressure. So this i thought is basic fault which they should address it.
