everything was good for a mediocre range of hotel

all amenities should be working. I paid for all amenities including swimming pool but it was on repair during my stay which is not acceptable to me

"Never staying here again"

The property design is nice but as the hospitality and service is not up to mark. Restaurant service is slow and they’ve very limited menu. The lady at the reception is kind of rude and unwelcoming. The whole place was crowded with a huge group of people who were constantly creating a lot of noise and had crowded the pool so much that we could never go. The place is much run down compared to the pictures. The pillows and bed are not at all comfortable, small claustrophobic rooms and when we asked for extra pillows, we just received a single pillow. Passable but won’t come again!
