The bar, restaurant and below the accommodation had a strong unpleasant smell. It had clearly been a remarkable hotel but is very tired now

The weather

It is situated in a quiet location. The two staff that we did see during our one night stay were pleasant.

One of the toilets was out of order, probably due to the drainage system, as the corridor leading to the rooms absolutely stank. It is a very tired looking hotel, which requires major uograding in all areas, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. I think they have staffing problems, and the concierge was also the barmen. Breakfast didn't start until 10 am. Luckily there is a very nice cafe 1 minute from the hotel. They ooen at 9am. So, if you're looking for an early breakfast to get on the road early, forget it.

The location and the bar and restaurant area

It was stinking. The corridors in the hotel section were revolting the smell made you feel sick. The whole bedroom area was dreadful

Location was close to family Members, it was cheap and right on the common which I love.

Shower didn’t work and I needed to get it fixed, the bedroom door was hard to open, the smell in the hotel was a little off and it felt old and tired.
