Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location was great Good selection for breakfast Clean room

The worsts experience in my life the place was dirty damp and just very dirty.

Even though the condition of the hotel wasn’t the great the staff were extremely friendly and helpful I will definitely stay there again

We didn’t stay here We arrived and walked into the reception area it was so dirty just in this area alone that we turned around and walked out We can’t believe that you advertise this so-called hotel on your site we are disgusted that you hotels.com haven’t even rated this hotel yourselves as it’s not fit for humans to stay in I wouldn’t even allow my dog to stay here We left the hotel wiping our feet on the way out and found another hotel which obviously cost us more money I want a full refund and compensating

The pictures on line are very deceiving- the decor is very tired, mouldy grout in bathroom, multiple wallpapers in bedroom (patchwork). Having said that the place was overall very clean and the staff very pleasant. It is also very handy for the town centre. I don’t think it was very good value for money, considering what we paid - I might stay there again if it was significantly cheaper.

Not cheap and not so cheerfull

When pulling up to the hotel I thought oh dear,but been a optimist I thought I will give it a second chance, however the inside was worse than the outside. Dirty and very poorly decorated the furniture was falling apart. I was going to take pictures but I thought my camera might get contaminated!! And as for eating breakfast there there wasn’t a cat in hells chance. It was very reminiscent of a hotel in Beirut. I mean if you wanna rough it like a down and out this hotel is ideal for you !!!
