Hotel fine. For budget. On site free larking relates to 5 spaces only. Hotel will discount you in part to use a local pay and display.

Welcoming and comfortable, only complaint was that the room was cleaned once during our stay, we had to ask for clean towels and more tea/coffee, the cups were all dirty and never replaced. Breakfast was lovely and staff were pleasant.

The place needs updating room didnt have any fan. The room was so hot couldnt stay there

The place could do with a little work but it is taking place could see repairs and maintenance taking place while we were there. The staff were all lovely and super accomodating. It is a budget friendly place and suited our needs. The included continental breakfast was nice. Decent range of products. On our final day even ket us pop in to grab some toast and fruit buts as we were leaving before service which was much appreciated. There is a couple of spaces out front and then a pay car park next door which is handy. You are only a 5 minute walk from promenade so good location. Very satisfied and would stay again.

As soon as we got to hotel we’re disappointed the outside was very shabby !!! Room not to bad but kept getting woken up especially by owner talking loudly at 1am in the morning!!! Breakfast to be fair was pretty good Would we stay again ,definitely not !!!

I didnt have very high hopes as was quite a cheap hotel anyway and it lived up to my expectations! The beds were rock hard and scraggy, even the painting of the room was terrible. The shower room hasnt been updated since the 90s. And one of the reasons for chosing the hotel was because of the free parking and included breakfast but no freeparking had to pay £10 but he did refund £5 of this and no breakfast so refunded another £6. The actual man was very nice but his dog scratching at the door at 2am in the morning was not great when i had a 2 year old waking up. Wouldnt stay there again.

Very good location and amazing helpful staff!

i booked on line, and was given option to pay on arrival. but when we got there our room had been sold as i didnt pay by card! rude owner. never again it smelt veey stomg of disinfectant which got me chocking.
