Stunning hotel with so much to do!! We only stayed one night. Wish we we able to stay longer to enjoy more of this hotel..

I can honestly say this is the number 1 all-inclusive hotel and resort in Turkey after 35 years of travelling to Turkey. The staff are on another level no matter what their duty is in the hotel. The food is wonderful and just so much to do.The comlete experience was fantastic, what a holiday!

Everything was amazing! There’s something for every age group of people. The unlimited food & drinks, spacious & comfortable rooms, cleanliness, customer services, polite staff, variety of activities, outstanding performances in the shows. Also friendly helpful customer service from the concierge (Mr Huseyin) in organising our private yacht day trip and King Gazebo day. We also appreciate his help in arranging the travel to Gocek Marina and a surprise birthday celebration cake and balloons at the yacht on a very last minute request. Thank you!

Airports transfers should have been included in the price of deluxe rooms , especially knowing the airport is only 20mins away from the hotel. Also i wish if the hotels private beach had clear sand to walk on as the pebbles are not easy to walk on.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Daksnan and overall, the experience was quite pleasant. The location is fantastic – right by the sea with easy access to a lovely beach, and surrounded by peaceful, scenic views. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The food was also really good, with a variety of options that were tasty and fresh. The beach area was one of the highlights – clean, well-organized, and perfect for relaxing. Other facilities like the pool, gym, and common areas were up to Hilton standards – comfortable, stylish, and professional. However, I unfortunately have to mention a major issue that affected our stay: the smell coming from the toilet in the room was extremely unpleasant. It wasn’t just a faint odor – it was strong and persistent, to the point where it really impacted our comfort. It smelled like something wasn’t functioning properly in the plumbing or ventilation system. We tried airing out the room, but the smell always came back. For a hotel of this level, this was really disappointing. It’s a shame because everything else was really good. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the surroundings are beautiful. But that one issue – the strong, unpleasant toilet smell – made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. It turned what could have been a perfect holiday into a somewhat uncomfortable one.

Great accommodation. Lots of options in the buffet! Did not get bored! Lots of activities to keep kids and adults entertained! Great venue!!

Very family friendly.

It is getting outdated. Chairs were creaking and have clearly not been replaced since the hotel opened. Definitely understaffed compared to previous years.

Buffet was good for all meals. As were Velo and Breeze. All staff were good.

There was a conference being held whilst we were there and delegates occupied all of the 16+ area in the buffet. Also, one evening they filled the cocktail bar and with only one member of staff on duty it took absolutely ages to get a drink. Tried 2 of the A La Cartes but thought value for money was poor. Given that your drinks are already paid for, a 35/40 EURO supplement pp for food was excessive. The Teppanyaki experience was good for drama but food was not tasty - eg very basic fried chicken and salmon. Sauces were out of a jar and cold. Would be nice to have a 16+ swimming/sauna area as the facilities were overrun by children running in and out of the saunas/steam rooms unsupervised and with little regard for guests who wanted to relax -maybe more visible supervision from staff or a strict notice to parents!
