The front desk was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The hotel rooms were clean and located in a nice quiet spot.

Very clean room and a wonderful staff too….

This suite had a comfortable king size bed (pillows could be improved), with much storage helpful for a longer stay (two closets, several dressers to store clothes, gear and food), a well outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, two burner stove, toaster, microwave and coffeemaker, a good bathroom (and more storage). I really liked the aesthetics of the place, the colors and look of the room and the whole hotel were really nice. It even smelled nice. Included in the very modest price is a hot and cold breakfast, free laundry room, big indoor pool, business center and gym (didn't see it but they said they had one). Actually one of the better hotel experiences in the past several years of much travel. Very scenic area, even if the hotel is located in an area of strip malls and shopping. Lots of military bases in the area which meant the hotel was full of military people and they were all either very quiet or the hotel is very well insulated. Did not hear anyone in a 9 night stay!

First time staying here and was very impressed from check in to check out. Room was clean and plenty of towels, soap, etc. Air handler unit was good. It would run you out if set cool enough. Great. Only disappointment (and may have been my misunderstanding) was there was no breakfast buffet. There were eggs and sausage one day and sausage and eggs the next day. But plenty of juice, yogurt, and coffee. Use the "BOLD" blend, because the regular is a little weak. These are suites supplied with stove, full size fridge, kitchen and dining utensils, plates, dishes and pots and pans. I have read some of the other reviews, but fail to see any basis for their comments. Our group had two rooms and both were just fine. We had a one bed unit and it was plenty roomy and Wi-Fi was good. My suggestion is use this for a multiple day stay, because with the cooking facilities, you can save a few $$$$ by cooking in the room. Front desk personnel were very friendly, polite and helpful. If given the opportunity, we will stay here again. Thank you TownePlace Suites.

Room was nice, clean and staff was attentive. The door had mechanical issues initially but they were able to fix it and the rest of our stay was extremely pleasant.
