"Barking neighbor "

There was a dog barking in room next to us. Kept us awake all night. Also room was freezing. Set to 62 degrees and took a long time to adjust. Also quite a bit of road noise

I was very satisfied with my stay. I didn't do too much interacting with the staff but when I did it was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. I don't think I'll ever have a need to be in that area again but I will look for other TownPlace Suites to stay where possible.

The swimming pool was sooooo cold!! It would be more enjoyable if heated. Breakfast was ok but didn’t offer a waffle maker or hot oatmeal or bagels. A lot of prepackaged stuff. We loved having hot coffee and tea available all the time! Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be staying here again!

"Great Lexington Park Choice"

My wife, son, and I stayed for 2 nights. It's location is excellent for the Lexington Park/Leonardtown/St. Mary's College area. Staff friendly, including daily housekeeping. This property is pet friendly. Due to COVID, we didn't use the indoor pool, but glad it was there. Plenty of restaurant options are nearby as well as big box stores. The only disappointment was the room was a bit small when the couch was converted to a bed.

"Decent Hotel Near Solomon Island"

TownePlace Suites in Lexington Park, MD is a decent hotel near Solomon Island. We had a chance to stay in this location for a weekend and cannot complain. Our room requests were taken into consideration in advance due to our Titanium elite status with Marriott. One thing to keep in mind is that their studio rooms are significantly small (approximately 250-350 sq. ft.). For one or two people maximum it would be OK, but I would recommend booking an one bedroom or two bedroom suite in advance if you want extra space. There is sufficient parking nearby, and breakfast is good and decent. In addition, front desk agents were always friendly and willing to help. I feel the price charged for the room type was decently priced. It is a good option for this area, especially with all the different restaurants and attractions nearby. If you are looking to visit Solomon Island, this might be a good place to visit during your stay.
