"Candlewood Suites Is Nasty"

Candlewood Suites was nasty. First, the door was opened when we got to the room. All the drawers were open, but the bed was made and there were fresh towels on the bathroom racks. You could clearly see that was all the cleaning crew completed. When we turned back the sheets on the bed there was hairs and stains on the sheets. There was also an unemptied trash can under the kitchenette sink that contained chicken bones and dirty paper towels. The bathroom shower did not look like it had been cleaned and the room floor had fried chicken crumbs all over it. At $154 a night, I would expect better.

The room was dirty, toilet, shower, floor. There was old used coffee in the coffee maker. Utensils consisted of a knife. No soap, nothing provided at all.
