Check in was bad, the first room we were given was already occupied. The lady staying in it wasn’t happy to have strangers walk right in the room. The next room had not been cleaned since the last people checked out. The third room was empty and had been somewhat cleaned since the last occupants. The floors needed vacuumed. The AC barely worked. There were 3 spoons and a fork for silverware, half a roll of toilet paper and no coffee. The lobby was out of coffee the next morning too. The staff seemed annoyed when I told them the room I was given was occupied and that the next one was dirty. They also seemed annoyed when we asked for more TP. They didn’t seem o care that they were out of coffee at 8:00 am on a holiday weekend. Overall the hotel is in need of a refresh (carpets coming loose, moldy caulk, etc. it also needs a good cleaning in the rooms and common areas. The staff should be retrained or replaced. I’ve stayed at several Candlewood Suites before and this was by far the worst. They used to be one of my favorite chains. If I ever stay at another like this I’ll be done with the chain completely.

It is a nice hotel. No whistles and bells but excellent for a travel stop. Abive average fitness room, below average breakfast accomodations, average to slightly above average cleanliness. Nice service. Would recommend.

I found the room in good condition with a nice refrigerator, small stove and microwave. There was also a nice table that seats two and a relaxing lounge chair by the bed. Best of all were the four nice pillows on the queen size bed.

"Nice Place, Need Ice"

The only bad thing about this hotel is the lack of ice. There are no ice makers with ready ice. There are supposed to be ice makers in the refrigerators in each room. Our room didn't have an ice maker or ice trays. I don't understand why ice isn't provided.
