A very pleasant stay as always. I come up to Williamstown area several times a year and always stay at the Williamstown Motel. It is well-situated, always clean and well-appointed, and Rocky and his family are very hospitable. I tried other hotels in the area but once I discovered Williamstown Motel, it has been my regular.

We did not eat breakfast. Location was great. The owner was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed, great to have kitchen facilities. Nicely appointed room. Care has been taken to make everything great.

"Would not stay again unless the electrical issues were resolved."

Staff was incredibly friendly, even called to ask if I wanted the air on when we arrived. More hotels should do this.

Upon check in there was a small sign that let us know due to the fire Marshall there were no microwaves, fridges, or hair dryers in the room. I did not see that information when I booked. I would not have booked the room. It made me feel very unsafe. The room had a damp misty smell but we always carry room spray. The very dated soda machine gave the promise of at least a cold drink. It was not plugged in, I assume due to the fire marshalls orders.

"Wonderful experience would go there again."

The manager Rocky is so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He got out a map of area and highlighted areas for us to eat at, visit in town or on our route Mohawk Trail to see and stop. He was wonderful and we loved staying there my sister, niece and myself. Highly recommend this motel if you are in this area traveling. We had a wonderful time, breakfast and enjoyed our trip to the places on Route 2 that we were suggested to see. I would stay there again if I were in that area and recommend it to all. Thanks Rocky for being so nice.
