Comfortable, everything you need in a convenient location for everything in Williamstown and North Adams. Small rooms in an older property but very well maintained and decorated. Lots of hot water, small fridge, good bed. Host, Rocky couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Good restaurant recommendations from him.

Our room was clean and attractively decorated, the breakfast was generous, and the hosts were gracious. It was very hot the day we arrived, and the host gave us bottles of water.

Owner was delightful and very accommodating. Gave bottles of water which was nice and extra towels immediately when asked. Heat worked well and shower pressure was good.

Room was very dark - not enough lamps or strong enough bulbs. Light bulbs out in the bathroom. Comforters were also not light colored. Smelled a little musty. Only one outlet by beds. Driveway in a bit awkward.
