Staybridge Suites Great Falls by IHG

The front desk reception was exceptional helping us navigate an issue with a reservation accidentally placed on a site imitating the Staybridge site. After receiving authorization from Staybridge to release the room, the fraud booking site did release us from the room fees. Thank you!

Breakfast was very exceptional.

The staff lied about how early I could check in. Check in time was originally 4 pm, a gentleman I spoke with said if I signed up as a reward member it would ensure early check in time, I tried to check in at 2 when he said to come in and was unable to check into the room. The lady said come back at 3. Then at 3 pm she proceeded to tell me I cannot check in until 4pm. I waited with my wife and kids for hours waiting to check in. Upon check out a gentleman was spraying water all over the outside of the entrance and got my family and I wet.

The hotel had a great atmosphere. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options. We actually booked a second night after spending one night there. I wish we had time to participate in the social events planned at the hotel but we were in town for other things.

It was clean. The staff was helpful and kind.

That I was woke up at 4:45am to a barking dog for 45 minutes

The location was perfect and the room was wonderful. It was spacious and very clean and comfortable

This is the second time we have stayed at the Staybridge while travelling through On all points it it’s the target the hotel is very nice well maintained clean rooms are comfortable. Being along the river is a nice bonus Maybe the one thing that goes against it there is a train track behind the hotel but it is hardly used heard it once th entire time we been here Overall it is our go to place now

Pet fee was very high. Train track very close and loud at 1:00 am.
