Staybridge Suites Great Falls by IHG

The staff was more then great, remembered me by name and the room was nice. Indoor pool, hot tub, lounge area and computer access. They do serve food but also have restaurants in front and surrounding area

The accommodating front desk let me choose where my room would be which was possible that day. My room was very clean and had amenities that I require like a refrigerator and sizable desk with adjustable lamp. My room was the Junior Studio and suit me perfectly for both my resting and business needs.

This was my second stay at the hotel. I was on a business trip and will definitely stay here the next time I need to travel. The rooms have a great set up for working from the hotel, they have a business center that you can print at. The staff is wonderful and helpful

Always friendly, always clean, always affordible. The room rock, we always stay here when we visit Great Falls. Highley reccomend this place. It is easy to find and just off the center of town yet has easy access.

Very close to the federal courthouse where I had a hearing. Clean, comfortable and nice staff. Has a workout room and hot tub that I will use next time. Will stay there again!

Suite was nice & view of the river was lovely. Great breakfasts! The only knock is the LOUD trains right outside the windows. Good location for exploring Great Falls. The river trails are well laid out.

Location and value

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s usually great, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with food on the floor and garbage left in the bathroom. I had to call every day—sometimes more than once—just to get fresh towels. Even then, the towels were delivered in a garbage bag, not folded, and no one ever came to clean the room despite multiple requests to housekeeping. They came once halfway made the bed. Left garbage and dirty towels I eventually started setting the garbage in the hallway because I couldn’t get anyone to remove it. There were also no towels available in the gym or pool area, and I had to call each time to request them. Overall, this was a horrible experience and far below the standard we’ve come to expect from our previous stays. ⸻
