The breakfast was OK. The dining area was very clean. Seating was comfortable, but it would be nice if they changed the breakfast to different things in the mornings so that you had a little bit of variety instead of the same every morning..

I didn’t like that we got a pet room on the third floor. It was hard for us to take our dog out frequently by always going down the elevator or stairs it would be much nicer if they had a suite on the first floor for pets accessibility’. The bed could be a little more comfortable, and the duvet cover needed to be changed. It had makeup on it..

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor space where you could sit & enjoy

Shower was not very warm

We (family of four) recently stayed here for a two day holiday. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room (one bedroom suite) was perfectly adequate. It was starting to show its age and was a little cramped for four people, but it was clean and well supplied. I paid the extra $12 for a river view room, and it was well worth it. The location is convenient to basically everything in GF, right next to the river and a nice park, and walking distance to a few restaurants. The room wasn’t cheap but was competitive with other options.

The hotel is dated, the carpet in my room smelled musty, the tubs are vintage 1979s trailer house and I had to have my keycard replaced because they would not open outside doors or room door three times for a one night stay, which required a long walk frack and forth to the front desk. Also the discounted rate from trip advisor was the same as the walk in fee that night.

The staff was very friendly

First of all, my card was way overcharged. They claimed they fixed it, but we'll see. The person in the breakfast area was extremely rude! They told someone, 'Can't you see the cups are in front of your face,' etc. The hot tub is broken; they should have that on the site. I wouldn't have wasted money on a room there. Go somewhere else!

At check in the lady at the front desk made my stay a very enjoyable experience at Staybridge suite she politely explained everything about the hotel and the local business.

Nice and new and free parking.

Staybridge Suites is THE place to stay in Great Falls! Overlooking the Missouri River, with occasional BNSF trains passing by, all aspects of SB range from excellent to exceptional: employee commitment to service-first, a spacious comfortable room with all the amenities, a delicious breakfast, and FREE dinners M-W, a fitness room, pool, and laundry room; it can meet the needs of an overnight sojourner or someone visiting the town/area for an extended stay. Staybridge Suites met all our needs and then some! Bravo!
