Everything I’d expect from a much pricier establishment. My room and indeed all of the hotel interior was spotlessly clean, breakfast was cooked to perfection and it’s always good to find complimentary water and quality tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. It’s a sign of attention to detail and this place has it.
Brilliant guest house. Friendly, helpful. Location excellent for town and beach. Biker friendly. They have 4 secure ground anchors to lock your bike into. Don’t see those much even in so called high class hotels. Would definitely recommend
Alles perfekt, super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Zimmer sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Guter Parkplatz vorhanden. Frühstück sehr lecker, Toast, Ei, frisches Obst, Müsli oder traditionell, wie man es eben möchte. Lage ideal, alles in der Nähe, Läden, Restaurants, Meer. Hotel perfekt und nur zu empfehlen, besser geht es nicht !
Great location, close to beach and station with off road parking. Owners very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. Comfortable stay with a very good breakfast, would certainly stay here again!

Such a lovely B&B - Graham and Lesley were amazing - so firnedly and welcoming. I only stayed one night but they’d made sure I had everything I needed. The room was really clean and nicely decorated, and breakfast was fab!
Normally I do not write reviews, however I find I must in the case of the Ambassador Guest House due to it's 'EXCEPTIONAL' condition and service. On arrival I was initially met by the proprietor who offered me tea/coffee/fruit juice. a) The room was spotless. b) Furniture was new and of good quality (Solid wood ect) c) In room tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits were all available and in abundance. 4) Bathroom was clean and had a nice sized two people shower. 5) Good selection of channels on the TV 6) Breakfast was amazing (You will not be disappointed) 7) Very easy going proprietors. 8) Fantastic price for such a quality stay. Overall I can;t fault this guest house in any way (And I am normally very critical!). Well deserves the 4 star rating. I would definitely stay again if and when next in the area.
Warm and friendly welcome from Lesley and Graham. The room was warm, clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. The en-suite is a little "snug" but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was first class.Another enjoyable stay.
Amazing experience, room warm, clean and tidy and had a Halloween theme which was a lovely touch. Lovely hosts who could not do more for you and so friendly. Breakfast was amazing and was a great set up for the rest of the day, and really was tasty 😁close to all tourist hotspots so saved money on fuelling cars and will definitely book again, would certainly recommend as we really enjoyed the weekend stay xx
