could not fault this b&b very large clean comfortable room. tea/coffee in room very good welcome meeting from hosts. very well situated for sea front only 150 meters away and 200 meters to pleasure beach. breakfast cooked to order. would highly recommend, dont miss going to bentleys fish and chip shop 50 meters up the road. best i have had in a long time

We chose Branston Lodge due to it's rating. It didn't disappoint. Friendly, warm, clean. Good breakfast served and always with a smile.
The owners did the best breakfast, book what you want night before and a time slot, as soon as you sit down its served with fresh coffee
Chris & Nancy are very welcoming and friendly. The guest house is very clean and comfortable and is in walking distance of the promenade. The breakfast choice is very good and plentiful. Would thoroughly recommend.
The only complaint i have is the hard bed and lack of fan in my bedroom - i forgot to take my own fan. I sleep in softish bed at home. Other than that i really can't fault the place ... Chris and Nancy are so lovely and helpful ...
Chris and Nancy very nice and polite. Very clean, comfy bed nice breakfast. A pleasure to stay. Always at hand if needed. Will definitely stay again.
Owners were friendly and helpful - they let me keep the car in their car park until 3pm on the day we left, which saved on parking. Breakfast was fine - it was nice to bed able to choose just what my daughter and I like. Beds were very comfy and we slept well. Although beds were made and room tidied the bathroom wasn't cleaned. On the second night a there was a knock at the door in the middle of the night which disturbed me - we were in the room on the ground floor near to the front door. I felt a bit agitated by this but it didn't affect my daughter and it was dealt with promptly.
Everything was great and a lovely warm welcome from Chris and help with the luggage. Met Nancy at breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. A very well run hotel and we will happily return.
