Fantastic room and breakfast and a tremendous welcome from cracking hosts. The area closer to the sea front is a bit boisterous and noisy, nothing to do with the B&B itself and it is probably just far enough away to live with but light sleepers may be affected by late music from South Pier.
Absolutely outstanding Bed and Breakfast. Extremely clean, spacious rooms and breakfast was lovely. This is the best accommodation me and my wife has stayed in. Chris and Nancy are welcoming and donall they can to make your stay wonderful.

Fantastic place fo stay, super comfy bed and very spacious room. We stayed for 2 nights and from arrival to departure Chris and Nancy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Breakfast is cooked to order (super yummy) and Chris’s attention to detail and presentation of service is fab. Plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and OJ from Nancy too! Added bonus of free car parking to the rear. Considering Chris and Nancy have only recently celebrated a year running the facility they really do an excellent job. It’s like home from home and we was made to feel very welcome. We will be back :)
