Great place to stay, great hosts, good food, comfy bed & a great location. I would most definitly stay again but in a different room. Would recommend Easton Court 100%.

The room was a single & has a slanted ceiling so I wasn't keen on that myself. The step down into the room is quite high which I forgot when entering the room once during my stay so do need to remember that.

The hole place that looked after me the food was excellent and hot the room was very good and excellent service and parking was good

The owners were very friendly and accomadating. I texted to say I was delaid by accidents and road works. They stayed up late to make sure I could still check in. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of options and good-sized portions. The attic room was cosy and welcoming with kettle, biscuits, tv and a mini fridge.

Breakfast was good, although you had to book exactly what you wanted the day before. They did supply apple juice on request the following day, normally just orange juice. It was good to have a fridge and TWO armchairs in the room, and a walk-in shower. Room was a reasonable (adequate) size. Bottled water was supplied on day one, but told due to rising costs they didn't supply this daily. The cost would be so minimal that it would be better not to supply it at all, in that case. Large super king bed. Nothing to do with the hosts, but we had to leave a day early, due to medical issues at home.

The mattress on the bed - needed at least turning, but preferably replacing, particularly one side which must have had broken springs = large dip. As it was not busy, parking was fine, but limited to three vehicles, and street parking was almost impossible. In busy times this would be a problem! Notices - 'if you mark a towel we will charge you £10' - still using Covid excuse to not fully service the room. You need a small jug to fill the kettle (not supplied), as it doesn't fit under the tap.

Clean and tidy standard English seaside guesthouse. Room had nice sea views. Nick very welcoming. Side street location very quiet yet only few minutes walk from centre of town

Absolutely ideal for what I wanted. Free car parking, and easy access to the town centre, railway station etc. Spotlessly clean, splendid breakfast, and a very friendly host.

There was nothing I did not like, but as your 'AI' requires a longer response than that, I will keep on typing until it's happy. I cannot see how this actually benefits anyone who can be bothered to read this far.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly welcome and atmosphere. Lovely room with an enormous bathroom. Near the town so easy access to everything. Parking for 3 cars.

The mattress was a bit firm for my liking but I slept very well despite this.
