"Paignton July 24"

Host was very friendly and helpful.

The stairs to our room were quite steep and difficult to climb if you had any mobility problems, also the listing states there is a bar in the guest house this is not right it has been closed since COVID.

Lovely place to stay. Nice view from the comfortable room. The host was very helpful when I arrived. And a great breakfast. Hopefully I will be able to stay again.

"Will definitely book again."

The room was clean and well appointed, had a small fridge which was useful and even had a sea view. There was a good choice for breakfast and it was all cooked fresh to order. Host was excellent.
